A Atiq Rahman

A. Atiq Rahman is the Director of Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies (BCAS). He taught and researched for over 14 years in British Universities including Oxford and Aberdeen. He also coordinates the Global Forum on Environment and Poverty (GFEP) and the Climate Action Network South Asia (CANSA). He has been a leading actor at the UNCED, global climate change negotiations, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the Kyoto Climate Summit. He is also the Chairman, Steering Committee of Asia-Pacific National Councils for Sustainable Development.


Gordon R Conway

Gordon R Conway is currently the President of MacArthuer Foundation. He was the Ford Foundation Representative for India and professor in the Department of Biology and the founding chairman of the center for environmental Technology at Imperial College, London he is the author of numerous publications and books on Agroecosystem Analysis.


Saleemul Huq

Saleemul Huq is the Executive Director of Bangladesh Center for Advanced Studies. He is a biologist with research and teaching experience at Imperial College, London and Dhaka University. He has written widely on resource Management and Environmental issues in Bangladesh and on global issues.
